Pool, Spa, Deck & Lake

The covered lanai leads to the large patio and is fully equipped with luxury recliners and chairs. The pool is 33’ by 14’ with solar heating plus optional electric heating if required. A same level Spa is set in the spacious patio to allow you to soak your troubles away. Lovely views of the lake and conservation.

Games Room

This room has an 8' slate-bed Pool table and Electronic soft-tip Darts.

Lounge

Large room with a sofa & 2 armchairs; leads to the Breakfast nook and has access to the deck and pool area.

Family Room

Media wall with TV and DVD in mirrored unit with 2 sofas and an armchair to relax in. This is one of the many luxurious upgrades added to this home by the Builders, as specified by the CEO, who used the villa while the last stage of the development was being built. There is a Computer with broadband & wireless internet, which is available free of charge for our guests.

Dining Room

Situated off main hallway with table and 6 chairs.

Kitchen & Breakfast Room

Catering is made easy by the fully equipped kitchen which has a large stove with self cleaning oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is also a plentiful supply of cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glasses. It has a breakfast bar with 3 stools for informal eating. A telephone has been fitted.

The Breakfast nook is directly off the kitchen and contains a circular table which will comfortably seat 4 persons.

Laundry

This room contains the full size washing machine, a tumble drier, a laundry basket, iron, ironing board.

Master Bedroom 1 with Ensuite Bathroom 1

This master suite has a King size bed and walk-in closet situated between the bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Direct access to the pool area is available through the slider doors. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower cubicle with seat, tub, twin vanity units and toilet.

Bedroom 2

This bedroom contains a full-size bed, nightstand with lamp, a cable TV and fitted closet.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom contains 2 twin beds. It has a cable TV, fitted closet and ceiling fan.

Bathroom 2

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share this bathroom which has a toilet, vanity unit with lights and mirror above, bath with shower over and a built-in medicine cabinet.
