1. Why rent a vacation home? |

You want:
privacy,
the freedom to come and go as you please,
luxurious surroundings,
home from home amenities,
your own private pool and sunbathing deck,
plenty of living space,
choosing whether to eat in or out,
internet connection, and
value for money
then a vacation home is
definitely for you.
Along with your own
private deck and pool (and in many cases a spa/hot tub too) you'll
have at least one lounge, two dining areas (plus al fresco eating on
the deck), several bathrooms and a minimum of 3 bedrooms. Home from

the cost of one hotel room in a good quality hotel and you'll see
that we also offer exceptional value for money.

3. If a home says it sleeps 8 can I rent it for less than 8
people? |

Definitely – Yes.
The number that a home
sleeps is the maximum number that is allowed in that home by the
Florida Licensing Authorities. So in a home that sleeps 8 people you
can rent it for any number of people up to 8. The 'Sleeps
number' also denotes the number of beds in the home with either two
persons sharing a King or Queen bed or two persons sharing a bedroom
that contains two twin beds.
There is no minimum
number of people for each home because our rental rates are for the
entire home, not per room or per person. If just the 2 of you fancy
a romantic break in a wonderful vacation home then simply choose
whichever home you like best.

4. If a home says it sleeps 8 can I rent it for more than 8
people? |

Sorry – No.
Both Florida State and
County Licensing Authorities have licensed each home and those
licenses dictate the maximum number of people allowed to sleep in
that home.
If you want to bring a
group of friends or family then we have homes that are licensed for
14 people. We also have homes close together suitable for larger
groups.

5. Can you push the twin beds together to create one king bed? |

Definitely – Yes.
If you would like this
then simply let us know in advance and we will be happy to ensure
that the twin beds are pushed together and that king size bedding is
placed on the bed.

Definitely – Yes.
Our homes cater for
babies and young children and have suitable equipment such as cribs,
highchairs and stairgates.

7. Can my pooch stay too? |

Sorry – No.
We know that your pooch
is well-trained and part of the family but we have to consider all
of our guests, some of whom may have pet allergies. We
don't permit animals or birds in any of our homes. If you bring your
pet on vacation we can recommend several excellent pet homes in the
area where he/she can stay.

8. Who licenses Gay Vacation Rental Orlando homes? |
8.
Every home is licensed
by both the State of Florida and by the County in which the home is
situated. Both licenses are renewed annually. We check that
each of our homes has current State and County licenses.

9. Where are your homes? |

All of our homes are
within a 5 to 15 minute drive of Walt Disney World. They are on
various communities. Click here for the

10. How do I make an inquiry about a vacation home? |

Three ways – you choose.
1. Choose the home that
you particularly like and send an inquiry from that home's page.
Click here to go to the
Listing page for all of the vacation homes.
2. Send an inquiry with
your vacation dates, number of people and any special requirements
from the
Contact Us page and we will let you know about the homes that
are available for your dates and group size.
3. Call us toll-free on:
1-877-765-6776 and we'll be delighted to discuss your requirements
with you.
Whichever way you choose
to make your inquiry we will email you a quotation for your dates.

11. How do I book a vacation home? |

Either reply to the
quotation confirming that you wish to book that home for the dates
quoted or call us and let us know.
We will then send you a
Booking Form and a Credit Card Authorization Form for the deposit
payment.

12. What methods of payment can I choose from? |

We accept payment by
credit card – VISA or MasterCard.

13. What is the Deposit payment? |
13.
The deposit payment
secures the home of your choice at the quoted rate for your dates.
This means that we block out your dates and that no one else can
book them. The deposit payment is non-refundable should you have to
cancel your vacation, so we recommend that you take out adequate
travel insurance that covers cancellation.

14. When is the Final payment due? |

The final payment is due
6 weeks prior to your arrival date or immediately if you book within
6 weeks of arrival.
Once you have paid the
final balance we will send you full information on the home that you
have booked, including the full address, phone number and driving
directions.

Commitment Ceremony at the vacation home?

Yes. Exchanging vows
beside a shimmering pool with a lake or conservation backdrop for
the photos. Charming and romantic.
We can help with as many
or as few of the arrangements as you'd like. Let us know your plans
and we'll recommend an ideal vacation home for you to rent.
If your guests are
staying overnight then you may need to consider renting additional
homes on the same subdivision.
