privacy fence which
has been landscaped
with trees and
shrubs including
Orange, Lime & Lemon
trees.

coffee tables with
lamps. It has
a 32" cable TV, VCR,
DVD, CD music system
with radio and a
phone, plus a
ceiling fan for
added comfort. Patio doors lead directly
onto the covered
decking area.

dining table with 6
matching chairs,
plus a ceiling fan
for added comfort.
Kitchen
Catering is made
easy by the fully
equipped kitchen
which has a large
stove with self
cleaning oven,
microwave oven,
fridge/freezer with
icemaker, dishwasher
and waste disposal
unit. There is also
a plentiful supply
of cutlery,
crockery, cooking
utensils and
glasses.
A telephone is
provided.
