Conservation
The decking area is fully screened and contains the private swimming pool, with underwater lighting for night use.
There is a covered porch and luxury poolside furniture including a table, chairs and sun loungers.
Access to the pool is via patio doors from the family room, master bedroom
suite 1 and the
ensuite bathroom
from master 2.
For the coller months an electric pool heater
and cover on a
roller is also available.

Contains an 7' Pool table,
7' Air Hockey table, a
Foosball table and
Electronic Darts,
for your enjoyment.
Lounge
The
formal lounge is at
the front of the
villa and contains
sofas and a matching
chair, coffee and

This is a large room with a door leading to the
deck and pool. It has a cable TV set offering multi-channel cable
programs and a DVD/CD player and VCR, plus comfortable sofas
and armchairs, coffee

with lamps.

The dining room
contains a table
